Margie Heiler, MS, MCC is a Certified Executive Coach, published author, mentor and coach trainer. She is also an Assessments Consultant, with expertise as a Certified Professional Behavior Analysis, Certified Professional Values Analyst and Certified Professional TriMetrix HD Analyst. She is  certified in Myers-Briggs, Emotional Intelligence (EQ). and a variety of 360 Assessments.

A Master Certified Coach since 1998, Margie has been on the faculty of three prominent ICF-accredited coaching schools and is currently a global trainer and mentor coach for Adler International Learning, Inc., in North America and Europe, with students from around the world.

Margie has been working with senior leaders and their teams since 1981 to optimize their leadership capacity. In response to the growing demand for executive and team coaching, she developed her unique and powerful Road to Resilience™ coaching process and the Road to Resilience™ Values Deck. Her passion is to help leaders and coaches think and move beyond where they initially thought they could go and achieve amazing and surprising results.

Margie was honored to be on the coaching team that won the 2010 Metro DC Prism Award for excellence in business and leadership coaching. She is masterful in the use of assessments and creates customized suites for all her coaching engagements. Her own commitment to resilience as a value and a leadership competency has resulted in tremendous resources for her clients as well as a signature strength that has helped her through life’s journey.
